Paid 10.99 for 30 mins jump when it should of been whole hour. Never got to finish session. When I complained management didn't care. Rip off outfit who should be on BBC watchdog soon

"A little more expensive compared to…"
A little more expensive compared to other softplay/bounce facilities for kids, £9.99 for 1hr. However would say it is still value for what it has. Some parts need some repairs. Never too busy either.

"Not what I expected and bad value for money"
We were not given the safety briefing as required. The facilities I believed were there were not all there or running. The bungee jump not running. No climbing wall. Balls in pool scarce. Duel used to just play on so not really a duel. Toilets the girls 2 out of 3 no toilet roll. The third didn't flush. Generally unclean. Sent out of play area a few minutes early to prepare for next people coming in. I would have appreciated my full session given tickets were £120 (3 adults. 4 children. 2 hours) woman on bounce area did not want to talk to me when I approached her with a question. Badly supervised in general. My youngest is 2 and the baby area was overran with older cildren, she was actually the only under 5 in there most of the time despite the area being full. Lockers not great. The unlock system requires check in and out process on the manual screen each time but there is only 1 screen for the entire place so long queues waste your time in the play area

"Using my information for another customer."
Im away on holiday and have received an email saying I have made a booking for my child. I called to ask why has this happened I haven’t booked anything. To be told they have let someone use my information on their system as a walk in cash payment. I asked for all my details to be removed from their system they shouldn’t be allowing people to use my information and my child’s name I’m not happy. I also thought people had to sign an important document waiver form so why is my information being used. Not good

"Disappointed with first visit to Inflatanation TELFORD"
Disappointed with the outcome on a recent visit to inflatanation Telford.
Erin the manager of the Telford inflatanation. Establishment agreed with my complaint of miscommunication with reference me having a telephone call to head office and also face to face on front desk at Inflatanation Telford.

In view of the £10.99 charge for one hours play for one child age 6 I would have thought more understanding would gave been taken on board on the agreed miscommunication I endured..

Alas no …after frequent E-mails relating to my complaint..Erin manager of the inflatanation establishment only offered a apology….
I would have thought in view of a possible succession of following returns..not wanting to lose custom a gesture of a voucher discount code or part refund would have been offered to me with defence to the miscommunication Erin agreed had taken place…

With this poor outcome I received I would suggest a review of inflatanation customer services on customer satisfaction be reviewed upon as I was left disappointed and dissatisfied to say the least…

"Be cautious if booking a birthday party"
Following my daughters party having to be cancelled due to covid (which I completely understand and isn't the complaint), I asked for a refund. I paid for the party in March 2021, and January 2022 - I am still waiting for the refund.
Initially, Inflata Nation was responding to emails, but has ignored my emails since July 2021, after taking my bank details (as it had been more than 180, they couldn't refund my card) and not fulfilling the refund.
If you are looking to book a party, I would be very cautious.
Unfortunately, I am now seeking advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau, and have already sort advice for Small Claims Court.
