"First Aid Was Helpful, But I Felt Brushed Off at First"
My kid got a small bump while we were there, and the staff did eventually help with first aid. They were polite enough, but at first it felt like they were moving slowly and didn’t really take my concern that seriously. I kind of felt dismissed until they finally stepped in. It turned out okay in the end, but the whole response could’ve been a bit more confident and reassuring.

"Easy, Clean, and No Fuss"
The changing area was clean and really easy to use. No hassle at all, which I appreciated. I can see why other people seem to like this place too.

"Getting help took too long"
I tried reaching customer service with a question about my booking, it took much longer than I think is fair to get a response. When they finally got back to me, the reply was brief and didn’t fully answer what I was asking. The place itself might be perfectly fine, but the support experience was frustrating and could definitely use more attention.

"Good fun, but the check-in faff felt unnecessary"
Took my kids to Inflata Nation and we had a good time overall. The place was well organised, the staff pointed us in the right direction, and the session times were easy enough to understand. It did get a bit crowded around the lockers, and check-in took longer than I expected, which felt a bit unnecessary to be honest. Once we were inside though, everything ran smoothly and the kids loved it. We'd go again.

"Pleasantly Surprised by a Fun Birthday Spot"
We booked Inflatanation for my son’s birthday, i was pleasantly surprised by how well it all went. The kids had an absolute blast running around the whole time and left completely worn out, which felt like a big win to me. The staff were friendly and got us checked in smoothly without much fuss. The party room wasn’t anything fancy, but it was clean enough and did the job. My only small complaint is that it was a bit busy, and we had to wait a little while for the food. Even so, it was a really easy and fun party, and I’d definitely consider going back...

"Most of the equipment was clean…"
Most of the equipment was clean and worked fine, fine for what I needed. A few pieces did look a little tired, like they’d seen a lot of use, but overall it wasn’t a big deal

"Pretty good afternoon out"
We popped into Inflata Nation and ended up staying longer than planned. It was a bit busy when we arrived and there was a small wait at the entrance, but it moved along fine and wasn’t really a big deal. The kids got stuck in straight away once we were sorted, and everything felt easy after that. What actually made the visit stand out was how friendly the staff were. They helped us get organised quickly and were really patient with the kids even when the place got busier. Overall, it was a decent visit and I’d happily go back again...

"I tried using inflatanation to look up…"
I tried using inflatanation to look up some info and make a booking, it ended up being frustrating. I kept thinking, “Okay, maybe I’m missing something,” but some of the buttons weren’t being read properly by my screen reader, and a few sections were really hard to tab through without needing a mouse. The text and contrast in certain areas didn’t help either, so I found myself squinting and getting annoyed. In the end, I had to ask someone else to help me finish what I was trying to do. Maybe the site works fine for other people, but for me, it really didn’t feel accessible.

"Not great for younger kids"
I brought my 4-year-old here and it felt more geared toward bigger kids. There was a lot of running around and not much staff supervision, so he ended up getting bumped into a few times and got overwhelmed. When I mentioned it, I kind of felt talked down to instead of like they actually cared. We ended up leaving earlier than planned.

"Refund was okay, but also kind of a hassle"
I had to cancel my booking, and the refund process was a bit frustrating. It took longer than I thought it would, and I had to follow up more than once, which was annoying. To be fair, the staff did reply eventually and they weren’t rude or anything, but the whole thing still felt slow and not very clear. It wasn’t a terrible experience, and I guess it worked out in the end, but I also wouldn’t say it was smooth

"My first impression was how nice it..."
My first impression was how nice it was to have a comfortable place to sit while the kids were doing their thing. I didn’t have to stand around the whole time, and the view was good enough that I could easily keep an eye on what was going on. It’s a small thing, but as a parent, it made the visit way more enjoyable.

"The grip sock rule was frustrating"
The grip sock policy annoyed me right from the start. It felt like another charge on top of what I’d already paid, and I don’t think it was made clear enough beforehand. The staff just kept saying it was the rule, which didn’t not make it feel any less frustrating. The place might be fine overall, but that part really put me off and I wouldn’t be rushing back.

"Fun for the kids, but way too warm inside"
The kids had a good time, so, you know, that part was nice. But it was really hot inside. Like, totally fine, I guess, if you enjoy sweating after 20 minutes. The air felt stale too, almost like there wasn’t much ventilation going on. We kept having to step outside just to cool off and reset. The staff was fine and there wasn’t any issue with them, but the temperature made it hard to actually enjoy being there. I’d probably avoid going back on a busy day.

"Such a fun and safe visit!!"
Took my two kids to Inflata Nation i felt relaxed the whole time!! The staff were constantly walking around, keeping an eye on the busier areas and gently reminding kids to slow down when they needed to. My youngest slipped at one point and someone came over really quickly to check he was okay, which I really appreciated. It felt safe without being too strict. We’ll definitely be going back!!

"The kids had a blast"
I wasn’t totally sure how it was going to go at first, but the kids ended up running around like crazy and loving every minute of it. they had so much fun that I probably worried for no reason

"Overall, we had a good..."
Overall, we had a good time, but the locker situation was kinda frustrating. Once it got busy, there didn’t seem to be enough available, so we ended up waiting around for a bit before we finally found one. The staff were friendly enough, which helped, but I do wish there was either more locker space or a clearer system for using them. It didn’t ruin the visit or anything, but it was definitely the most annoying part.

"Couldn’t Really Enjoy It This Time"
I went recently, and it was just way too crowded to really enjoy. Maybe it’s not always like that, but based on my latest visit, it felt more stressful than fun.

"The line was moving faster than I expected…"
The line was moving faster than I expected, and even though it was busy, the staff kept everything organized and fair so nobody felt like they were getting skipped or waiting longer than they should, which made the whole experience way less stressful

"Booking Was a Total Pain"
Every time I tried to check, the sessions I actually wanted were either full or just not showing up at all. Such a stupid hassle, especially when you’re trying to plan around the kids’ schedules. it got frustrating fast
